The MASterMind EX Transition course provides students a comprehensive foundation to understand network architectural considerations for EX, offers a tour of monitoring and business features in the updated MASterMind EX client application, and demonstrates the enhanced Reporting and Workflows features available with this new interface. Students will practice installing EX Services, review the differences in Security setup, and explore the combined interface vs. the separate applications of Monitoring, Business and Admin in Classic. Hands-on exercises will allow students to create custom reports and workflows they can take home to implement immediately.
